Educational Qualification:

• Only those who are Postgraduate / graduate degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts (MFA/BFA) from a reputed art college (e.g., National Institute of Design, BHU, Delhi College of Arts, or equivalent).

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Creative Ideation & Visualization

• The candidate must have at least 3 years of Advertising agency and working Corporate (MNC) brand experience.
• Independently conceptualize and develop innovative, high-quality artworks and video content that align with project goals and brand vision.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity by generating unique ideas and translating them into visually compelling designs, illustrations, animations, or videos.

• Content Creation & Execution

• Design and produce professional-grade artworks (digital illustrations, backgrounds, graphics) and videos (motion graphics, promotional videos, storytelling content) with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, even under tight deadlines and pressure.

• Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead and manage a team of junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and output.
• Groom team members by conducting training sessions, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

• Adaptability to AI & Emerging Tools

• Proactively learn and integrate new AI-driven creative tools (e.g., generative art platforms, video editing software) to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Scale up creative workflows by leveraging technology, ensuring efficient processes without compromising artistic integrity.

• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring all deliveries are completed within deadlines and meet client/stakeholder expectations.
