Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer (Video & Static Content) at our leading D2C Nutraceutical brand based in Gurgaon, India, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing high-quality video and static content that engages customers and drives sales. Collaborating closely with the marketing team and team lead, you will ensure that the visual representation of our brand remains cohesive, creative, and impactful across all digital touchpoints. Your focus will be on achieving both quantifiable and qualitative success in all creative projects while upholding a high level of accountability, authority, and professionalism. - Creative development, design execution, project management, collaboration, innovation, industry awareness, teamwork, leadership, quality, and professionalism are your key responsibilities and accountabilities. - Deliver high-quality video content for various digital platforms. - Design visually compelling static content. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Stay updated on industry trends. - Provide feedback to junior designers. - Ensure accuracy in design outputs. - Meet project deadlines with reliability and professionalism. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Have 3-5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design. - Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. - Have experience in motion graphics, animation, and UI/UX design principles (advantageous). - Embody key traits such as professionalism, empathy, responsibility, reliability, a work-first mentality, collaboration, communication, and a result-driven approach. Your success will be measured based on key performance indicators including project timeliness, stakeholder satisfaction, content performance, team collaboration, and innovation.
