Job Title: Senior Visa Counselor (Australia Expert)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Visa Counselor with expertise in student visa processes for the Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end guidance to students aspiring to study in these countries, from initial counseling to final visa submission. Strong knowledge of GTE, SOP, COE, and other country-specific compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding study options in the Australia.
• Evaluate student profiles and assess their eligibility based on academic background, financial documents, and immigration policies.
• Guide students through the entire admission and visa process including course selection, application, documentation, SOP writing, visa filing, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated on the latest visa policies, embassy requirements, and updates from partner institutions.
• Handle Australia-specific processes including application to CRICOS-registered institutions, GTE assessment, COE issuance, and student visa (subclass 500) processing.
• Coordinate with universities/colleges for offer letters, follow-ups, and application tracking.
• Review and verify all documents before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversion tracking in the CRM system.
• Train junior counselors and provide support where needed.
• Participate in educational seminars, webinars, and other promotional events.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Australia student visa counseling.
• In-depth knowledge Australian Department of Home Affairs guidelines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet application deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and student CRM platforms.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
