Senior Counselor

As a Senior Counselor at NextGen Education Foundation, you will be responsible for career counseling, development, management, student counseling, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis. The role is full-time on-site and located in Kothrud, Pune & Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Provide career counseling to students - Develop and manage career enhancement programs - Conduct student counseling sessions - Communicate effectively with students Qualifications Required: - Possess career counseling, development, and management skills - Demonstrate excellent student counseling and communication skills - Have experience in conducting career assessments and guiding students - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students - Knowledge of career pathways in the education industry - Hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field - Previous experience in the EdTech industry is preferred If you are an immediate joiner within 15 days or 1 month and have experience in the EdTech industry, we encourage you to apply for this position in Pune & Vashi.
