We are looking for a professional and experienced Counsellor (B2C) who can effectively guide parents and students, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads using sales sheets and maintain accurate tracking of prospects.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and drive enrollment conversions.
• Plan and organize engaging on-site and virtual info sessions, demo classes, and orientation meets.
• Lead impactful career-oriented discussions with parents and students to build trust and ensure successful enrollments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; a degree in Education, Psychology, or Management is highly preferred.
• A Master’s degree will be considered a distinct advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for managing leads and reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents and students.
