Job Description

Provide comprehensive counselling to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and processes for various visa categories and countries.
Handle end-to-end visa filing — including form completion, documentation, submission, and appointment scheduling.
Review and verify client documents to ensure compliance with embassy and immigration standards.
Stay continuously updated on immigration rules, embassy regulations, and policy changes for all major destinations.
Guide clients through study visa, PR, dependent, and tourist visa applications with 100% accuracy and transparency.
Coordinate with embassies, VFS centres, universities, and immigration offices to track applications and resolve queries.
Manage and train junior visa counsellors, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across all cases.
Handle complex or escalated visa cases, providing expert solutions and documentation corrections.
Achieve individual and team targets related to visa success rate, conversions, and client satisfaction.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and documentation using CRM or internal systems.
Conduct and participate in promotional activities, seminars, and client orientations to support business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
