Roles & Responsibilities:
* Counsel students & parents on available courses, schedules, and fee structures.
* Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and demo sessions; convert leads into admissions.
* Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain proper records.
* Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth student on boarding.
* Conduct regular follow-ups, address student concerns, and support retention.
* Assist in marketing campaigns, track leads, and provide conversion feedback.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest process improvements.
