Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Cost Manager at WT (India). The Cost Manager will oversee and manage budgeting, cost planning, and financial reporting for various construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, analysing costs, valuing completed work, contract administration, risk assessments, managing client communications, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, and Financial Planning
• Proficiency in project estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
• Exceptional skills in data analysis, cost control, and risk management
• Knowledge of construction practices, market trends, and relevant software tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver accurate results within deadlines
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is an added advantage
