Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

As an Employee Engagement & Communications Manager CSR, you will play a crucial role in driving employee volunteering initiatives and managing internal and external communications for CSR programs aligned with the bank's objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing the annual volunteering program and calendar - Mobilizing volunteers across departments to meet yearly targets - Identifying, onboarding, and managing non-profit partners and implementation agencies - Executing volunteering events across multiple locations in India - Coordinating pre- and post-event activities with vendors, media, and communications agencies - Collating and reporting data post-events for timely and accurate reporting - Driving automation and adoption of the volunteering platform - Ensuring the bank meets its annual volunteering and impact goals - Maintaining inventory and logistics of volunteering merchandise Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Developing and executing the CSR communications strategy and calendar - Curating content for the annual CSR report, website, social media, and other collaterals - Maintaining MIS of all CSR communication assets - Managing vendor relationships for timely delivery of campaigns and content - Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and internal approvals - Conducting quarterly and annual vendor reviews - Ideating and implementing digital campaigns and social impact storytelling - Assisting with shoots and coordinating with internal teams for execution In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with: - Education: Masters degree in any discipline - Experience: Minimum 7 years in event management, volunteer management, or communications - Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, understanding of CSR laws and impact assessment methodologies, attention to detail, and willingness to travel frequently across India If you meet these requirements and are based in Mumbai, we would love to hear from you.,
