Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate CSR Sr. Manager to manage our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing CSR programs aligned with IGTs values and social objectives, while fostering high levels of employee participation and engagement. This role sits at the intersection of business impact and social good and requires a strong focus on planning, execution, & communication.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Strategy & Execution:

• Execute IGTs CSR strategy in alignment with business goals and community impact.
• Identify and partner with credible NGOs, social enterprises, and community-based organizations for project implementation.
• Ensure CSR initiatives align with CSR legal compliance requirements

Employee Engagement & Volunteering:

• Design and drive employee volunteering programs that align with CSR goals and encourage widespread participation.
• Act as a CSR champion within the organization, motivating employees across all levels to engage in social impact activities.
• Organize CSR events, donation drives, campaigns, and awareness sessions within the organization.

Program Management & Monitoring:

• Create annual CSR plans, project timelines, and KPIs to monitor impact and performance.
• Track budgets, resources, and CSR spends; ensure accurate reporting as per statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments of key CSR initiatives and submit detailed reports to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Internal & External Communication

• Collaborate with internal communications to regularly highlight CSR initiatives across platforms (emails, newsletters, town halls, etc.).
• Represent the company in external forums, CSR summits, and community engagements to build brand reputation.
• Maintain CSR section of company website and publish sustainability/CSR reports where required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.
• 610 years of relevant experience in CSR roles, preferably in IT/ITES/BPO environments.
• Strong understanding of CSR regulations and frameworks (e.g., Companies Act CSR rules, UN SDGs, ESG indicators).
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external NGO/vendor partnerships.
• Passionate about social causes, community development, and creating a culture of purpose within the organization.

Preferred Traits

• Hands-on experience in employee volunteering program design.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills to communicate impact effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
