Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

As a Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, your role will involve developing, planning, and executing initiatives in alignment with the company's community development efforts. You will collaborate with various departments to drive and manage volunteering activities that contribute to fostering a culture of social responsibility and community support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end CSR impact communication - Collaborating with agencies to strategize impact communications - Ensuring timely creation of assets through effective vendor management - Ideating and implementing digital campaigns as needed - Overseeing ad-hoc strategic programs - Designing and executing CSR initiatives and managing partnerships with impact partners - Periodically monitoring and evaluating program portfolios to ensure partners meet milestones - Staying updated on relevant research and trends in focus areas to promote best practices - Coordinating employee volunteering initiatives with internal stakeholders - Writing reports and content for the Bank's annual report, website, and social media - Monitoring budgets and expenditure to achieve planned objectives - Conducting social audits and field visits Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation and Postgraduation in any discipline - 5 to 10 years of experience, with previous work experience in the CSR division of a large corporation Skills and competencies desired for this role are: - Experience in leading CSR communication campaigns - Understanding of social media platforms - Knowledge of CSR regulations and best practices - Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities - Proven effectiveness in multi-stakeholder planning processes - Strong English communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences - Proficiency in at least two regional languages (preferred) - Willingness to travel frequently Join IDFC FIRST Bank as a Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Manager and contribute towards creating a positive impact on communities while upholding the values of social responsibility and community development.,
