About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality content for online wellness courses (sleep, stress, nervous system healing, etc.)
• Assist in structuring and scripting step-by-step

  transformational learning modules

• Write scripts and outlines for video content, workshops, and digital guides
• Create educational content rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and lifestyle wellness
• Write captions, short posts, and email newsletters aligned with brand tone
• Organize and structure client-facing documents in Notion / Canva
• Stay updated with trends in mental health, self-regulation, CBT, nervous system science, etc.

We’d Love If You Have…

• 1–2 years experience writing content (ideally in wellness, education, or coaching space)
• Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics
• Understanding of course flows, user learning journeys, or curriculum writing
• Some familiarity with psychology, sleep science, or holistic health topics
• Good writing sense: empathetic, grounded, and human — not robotic
• Proficiency in Notion, Canva, Google Docs, or basic course-building platforms
• Bonus: experience writing scripts for short-form video or Instagram Reels
