Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and review a wide range of content, including blogs, product descriptions, landing pages, social media copy, and web content.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Guide and mentor junior writers, providing constructive feedback and assisting them in improving their writing and content development skills.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging topics to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and accurate.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, readability, and performance across various platforms to drive organic traffic and engagement.
• Work closely with marketing, and other teams to create high-quality content for email marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, and websites.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize content calendar schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely publication.
• Analyze the performance of content across different channels, using data and insights to continuously improve future content strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content writing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and how to create content that ranks well.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, working independently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior content writers, offering guidance on improving writing skills, content strategy, and SEO techniques.
