Senior Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze top SEO content topics and write long-form content on various relevant topics.

2. Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content.

3. Plan and execute various SEO tasks.

4. Edit and redevelop content received from Product Marketing Managers, involving grammar and plagiarism checks.

5. Write clear, persuasive, informative, and compelling marketing copy with the target audience in mind.

6. Ensure all content is 100% plagiarism-free and original, adhering to the highest standards of content integrity.

7. Write across multiple content formats, including but not limited to websites and landing pages, blogs, social media, video scripts, press releases, and emailers, among others.

8. Work closely with the SEO team on relevant keywords, titles, off-page marketing activities, etc.

9. Contribute to content strategy development by brainstorming and identifying content gaps.

10. Maintain and adapt the brand voice and tone across all content pieces.

11. Maintain the highest standards of content accuracy by thoroughly fact-checking and verifying all information to ensure credibility and trustworthiness.

Key Skills and Attributes:

1. Excellent command of the English language.

2. Expertise in the APA Style Guide.

3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

4. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.

5. Effective collaboration skills for working within a team environment.

6. Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to maintaining high editorial standards.

7. Strong research and analytical thinking skills.

8. Good understanding of technical terms, especially in cybersecurity, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.

9. Proven content marketing experience.
