Your key responsibilities 
Understand salesforce architectural requirements and should be able to develop technical solution based on functional requirementsResponsible for application design, solution and development using Salesforce stackConfigure, Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code, following coding standards and best practicesWrite test classes for the class with more than 80% code coverageExperience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation and develop lightning component according to application requirements.Interacting and presenting the solution walkthrough to all the stake holdersLead and Coordinate Daily Scrum Meeting with Product Owners, TeamTranslate business requirements/ stories into executable tasksContribute towards technical documentation & building prototypesSupport and train new team members on the salesforce application Skills and attributes for success 
5 years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in SalesforceSuccessfully executed at least 2 Salesforce projects in agile mode end to end in a Developer capacityAt least 4 year of hands-on technical experience in LWC, AURA, APEXHands on experience in Integrations using REST / SOAP / Bulk API etc.Good experience using SFDX tools for development and deploymentShould be proficient in Salesforce lightning platform and communityShould be proficient in Sales, Service and Marketing cloudGood communication skills To qualify for the role you must have 
Any Engineering Graduate5 years of experience in IT IndustrySalesforceCertifications is a plus Ideally youll also have 
Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
