Greetings!

We are currently hiring IT Recruitment professionals for our client - Investment banking firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding:

    Promote the organizations culture and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance our employer brand in the market.
  • Process Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to address challenges in talent acquisition
  • Data Management:

    Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
