Senior Content Developer - SRS - Bangalore

Your Role

• Create high-impact assets such as executive case studies, leadership simulations, peer learning experiences, and speaker-led engagements tailored to global audiences.
• Translate strategic business needs into compelling learning solutions across modalities live sessions, eLearning, video, assessments, and more.
• Manage the content lifecycle from concept to delivery, managing assets across multiple portfolios with precision and speed.
• Partner with learning consultants and key stakeholders to translate designs into learning content and experiences appropriate for targeted audiences across multiple content areas and learning platforms simultaneously.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and demonstrate ROI through behavior change and performance outcomes.
• Ensure all training content meets brand standards, is error-free, and reflects best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory.
• Work with third-party vendors when necessary to source additional resources or to develop alternative solutions.
• Maintain updates to content and courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).

What You Will Bring

• You should have strong skills in instructional design, project management, collaboration, problem-solving, content/curriculum development, and English language proficiency in written/verbal communication.
• A degree in HR, Instructional Design, Education, or Graphic Design is preferred.
• Experience designing leadership and talent development solutions within a corporate setting.
• Experience and proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and video editing software.
• You can present ideas visually and translate complex concepts into simplistic language.
• Skilled in development software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Synthesia, Articulate Rise, etc.
• You possess an understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
