Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Architect and develop enterprise-grade healthcare applications using Java/Scala.
  • Lead the integration of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Design and implement ML Ops pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, guide system design, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards.
  • Mentor and support engineering teams in delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in

    Java 8+

    , Core Java, and object-oriented design.
  • Proven experience in

    ML/DL/LLM model integration

    and

    ML Ops tools

    (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Docker

    ,

    Kubernetes

    , and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and Linux-based development environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
