Implement and customize
SAP ISU Billing, FICA, and Device Management
solutions.
Analyze business requirements and define
standard vs. custom development
needs.
Configure and support
Billing/Invoicing
processes, including
Net Metering
and
Budget Billing
scenarios.
Handle
FICA configurations
including payments, dunning, clearing, and refunds.
Manage
device lifecycle
(procurement deployment monitoring retirement).
Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, exits, and event-based developments.
Conduct business requirement sessions, create functional specs, and perform UATs.
Track, monitor, and resolve project issues, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Maintain clear communication with clients, business users, and project managers.
