Role & responsibilities

consulting, client interaction, learning design, and leadership development

Consulting & Delivery

• Support and lead consulting engagements in OD, Leadership Development, and HR Strategy.
• Design and facilitate learning interventions and leadership workshops.
• Collaborate with Principal Consultants and domain experts for project delivery.
  

Client Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and manage ongoing engagements.
• Understand client needs, co-create solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with HR and business leaders.
  

Business Development

• Identify opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Support proposal development, pitch presentations, and client conversations.
• Represent the firm in HR and learning forums.
  

Entrepreneurial & Growth Role

• Operate as the go-to person for the Bangalore office, especially when the MD is traveling.
• Contribute to firm-building, knowledge creation, and brand presence.
  
• Freedom to pursue personal consulting or training interests alongside firm engagements (by mutual agreement).
