Senior Consultant | IT Strategy

• Assisted clients to address the full range of CEO, CIO, CTO, and CDO and other executive leadership challenges
• Demonstrated experience of driving business workshops and conduct technology workshops to collaboratively understand as-is, then identify requirements and business priorities to define the technology future state
• Technical hands-on experience of building target state enterprise level architecture for clients by assessing the need of technology interventions across architecture layers i.e. presentation, business logic, data management, Infra and security
• High level understanding of capabilities of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM etc.
• Deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, DevOps methodology, security, business processes and architectural patterns to drive business and digital transformation
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology solutions available in the market to fulfil the future state
• Hands-on experience of designing solution architecture based on identified technology capabilities, best practices, and industry standards
• Ability to lead POCs, pilots, rapid test/evaluation of technology, and drive quick prototyping
• Demonstrated experience of building target state IT Operating model which is inclusive of defining target state ITSM capabilities, building future ready IT Org structure and provided recommendations on future ways of working for IT Org within client s eco-system
• Demonstrated experience of building an RFP for procurement and implementation of solutions identified as part of target state; Evaluate RFP responses and carry out selection
• Develop and project manage the implementation roadmap for phase-wise delivery using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
