Job Description

Technical Know-how

: OCI Cloud Infrastructure, OCI networking, OCI monitoring, OCI Vault, OCI storage services, etc.

About the role:

Cloud Infrastructure Management

Deploy, configure, and manage OCI resources: Compute, VCN, Subnets, Security Lists/NSGs, Load Balancers, and Block Volumes.
Manage storage services including Object Storage, File Storage (FSS), and Block Volume backups & snapshots.
Implement OCI Networking components: DRG, IGW, NAT Gateway, Local Peering, and VPN/ FastConnect.
Handle OCI Identity & Access Management (IAM), Groups, Policies, Dynamic Groups.

Operational Support

Monitor cloud resources using OCI Monitoring, Alarms, Logging, and Events.
Troubleshoot computer, networking, connectivity, and performance issues.
Manage OS-level tasks on Linux (OEL) and Windows virtual machines.
Schedule and monitor OCI backups, boot volume backups, and cross-region replication.

Security & Compliance

Implement security best practices: OCI Vault, KMS, Policies, WAF, and security posture management.
Apply patching, OS hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
Ensure compliance with organization and cloud security standards.
