Objectives aligned to this role: Requirement gathering and analysis, Documentation, Process Configuration and Team Management What would you do? Delivery Management encompassing Requirement to Go-Live. Develop and execute comprehensive project implementation plans in alignment with project goals and objectives. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure compliance to Business Outcomes envisaged from the Project. Regular Cadence and Reporting with Sr. Management & project sponsors. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure project goals are met. Drive Adoption & customer Satisfaction Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for project team members in alignment with individual and organizational growth objectives. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Whom we are looking for: Proficiency in gathering customer requirements via various methods. Understanding of process flows. Ability to configure the platform to align with business needs. Knowledge of technology frameworks. Experience with complex enterprise application integration. Expertise in business analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and CRM best practices. Outstanding verbal and written communication for customer-facing interactions.
