Job Description

As a suitable candidate for this role, you should have a graduate MBA qualification from leading A or B category schools, or a BE Tech from Grade A engineering colleges, which will be an added advantage especially with an excellent academic track record. You should possess at least 5 years of experience in the technology field, with a minimum of 2 years" experience post MBA in areas such as RPA Cognitive Automation assessments consulting implementation or Business process automation workflow tools. It is essential that you have excellent process domain knowledge and hold certifications in one or more of the following: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Work Fusion. Furthermore, you must have a solid understanding of RPA Cognitive Automation concepts and be able to conduct ROI business case analysis. Knowledge of lean six sigma, machine learning concepts, and basic programming skills in Net, C, PLSQL will be considered a plus. In this role, you will be required to create solution proposals that demonstrate value for money and are persuasive. You should be a solution champion with strong articulation and presentation skills, along with networking skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to communicate and interact with CxOs will be crucial, and you should be capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Additionally, you should be willing to mentor other team members and be open to travel as necessary. Preferred Skills: - Technical expertise in RPA.,
