Job Description

As a Senior Communications Executive at Fifteen73 Media, your role involves developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to promote the brand, products, and services for clients signed on. You will play a crucial role in crafting and disseminating compelling messages through various channels, fostering positive relationships with the media, and enhancing our client's image. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies aligning with clients/organisation's goals and objectives. - Create engaging content such as press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates. - Manage media relations by cultivating relationships with journalists and responding to media inquiries. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive media contact list. - Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. - Plan and execute public relations campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing communication materials. - Prepare clear communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in crisis communication management and handle reputation management. - Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies using metrics and KPIs. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in communications. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Experience: Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations role, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in Public Relations/Journalism is desirable. Demonstrated success in developing and executing communication strategies achieving measurable results. Technical Skills: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in media relations and crisis communication. - Strong copywriting and editing skills. - Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management tools. - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms. - Data-driven mindset for analyzing communication metrics and adapting strategies. - Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools.
