Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and proactive Collection Head to lead our collections and receivables function. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the company’s payment collection process, coordinate across departments, and ensure timely recovery from clients.

This role involves client interaction, cross-functional coordination (especially with Sales and Warehouse teams), and team leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Follow-Up:

• Follow up with customers via phone and email for outstanding payments
• Track overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions
• Maintain accurate documentation of communication and commitments

Sales Team Coordination:

• Liaise with the sales team to gather payment updates
• Resolve customer queries delaying payments in collaboration with sales personnel

Credit Monitoring:

• Monitor and enforce client credit terms and limits
• Report delays or breaches to senior management for necessary action

Warehouse Coordination:

• Coordinate with the warehouse for cheque/cash collection when needed
• Ensure safe handling and timely deposit of collected payments

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a small team of collection executives
• Provide training and mentorship to improve team performance
• Share timely collection reports and updates with management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control
• Prior experience managing a team is preferred
• Excellent communication skills — fluent, clear, and professional
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
