Senior Collection Manager

Job Description
The role involves managing and monitoring loan EMI collections across multiple products, including Two-Wheeler, Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Solar Loan. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in collections, team handling, and bucket-wise portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets
• Handle 1–6 bucket collections and ensure timely follow-ups with customers
• Conduct field visits and tele-calling reviews with the team
• Maintain MIS reports of collections and update payment status in the system
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for escalations and settlements
• Train, guide, and motivate the collection executives for better performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to reduce delinquency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in collections (NBFC/Banking preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
• Hands-on experience in 1–6 bucket handling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS
• Willingness for field visits when required

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 + Incentives
