Senior Collection Manager

As a Collection Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective collections strategies and procedures to maximize debt recovery while ensuring positive customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of Tele collections agents by providing guidance, support, and necessary training to enhance their performance. - Monitoring and analyzing the collections team's performance to identify areas for improvement and implementing measures to boost productivity and success rates. - Reviewing and evaluating delinquent accounts to determine suitable actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Maintaining accurate records of all collections activities to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and customer service to resolve complex customer issues effectively. - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in collections to implement new strategies or technologies for improved efficiency and results. - Preparing regular reports on collections activities and presenting data and insights to upper management. - Developing and nurturing relationships with external collection agencies, attorneys, and other service providers as required.
