Senior Collection Manager

You will join our dynamic team in Jaipur as a Senior Collections Manager, bringing your extensive experience in collections management, particularly within Loan Against Property (LAP) profiles. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the collections process, managing a team, and ensuring that collections targets are effectively met while adhering to company policies and regulations. Your key responsibilities will involve leading and managing the collections team for the LAP portfolio. You will be tasked with ensuring timely collections and recovery of outstanding loans while upholding high customer service standards. Developing strategies to reduce delinquencies and enhance the collections process will be crucial in this role. Analyzing portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement will also be a part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with legal and other departments to ensure compliance and take necessary actions for recovery will be essential. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing training, feedback, and coaching to enhance their effectiveness. Maintaining and updating records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies will be a key aspect of your role.
