Job Description – Senior Recruiter (Engineering Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for engineering and manufacturing roles, including CAD, CAE, design, mechanical, production, quality, and other core engineering positions. The role requires managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients, and ensuring successful closures across functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Specialize in hiring for engineering and manufacturing roles (CAD, CAE, design, mechanical, production, quality, process, maintenance, etc.).

• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders and client TA teams.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Ensure candidate engagement and deliver a strong recruitment experience.

• Provide regular hiring progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong track record of hiring for engineering and manufacturing roles (CAD, CAE, mechanical, design, production, quality, etc.).

• Experience in stakeholder management and direct client interaction.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
