Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Advisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and delivering an unparalleled luxury shopping experience. Key responsibilities include actively engaging with clients, providing expert guidance on our products, and addressing customer inquiries to achieve sales goals and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service to foster meaningful client interactions and ensure superior service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product knowledge and address customer queries.
• Basic understanding of Insurance policies relevant to luxury goods is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
• Passion for fine jewelry and the ability to maintain expert knowledge of our product offerings.
