Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Civil Structural Engineer based in Nimach with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of civil and structural components, reviewing and approving structural plans, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. They will work on innovative structural solutions to support healthcare infrastructure projects, manage project timelines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and oversee quality assurance for completed designs and plans.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering principles
• Proficient in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering Design
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex structural challenges
• Familiarity with relevant design tools, software, and industry standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of large-scale construction or healthcare infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in sustainability practices and innovative construction methods is an advantage
