Key responsibilities and tasks The design of concrete/steel structures using various design methods Preparation of design criteria and design specifications Responsibility for the generation of structural loading schemes, and wind and seismic loading calculations The design of multi-story and high rise buildings The ideal candidate digits and skills BE/BTech degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution, with ME/MTech desirable 3-8 years hands-on design experience in the design of foundations, and reinforced concrete and steel structures and substructures Sound technical understanding of structures Experience in the real estate industry preferred Working capabilities with software such as ETABS, SAFE and RCDC preferred

We need a team player with a flexible outlook who is able to work independently with minimum supervision in a work environment where deadline change frequently, but still need to be met Are you willing to widen your experience, knowledge base and leadership skills Key responsibilities and tasks To lead the project automation process, supported by the Digital Lead Revit model start-up, creation and editing, plus creating project drawing lists BIM 360 Revit model publish/share/consume process Lead project Revit/Navis/BIMTrack review meetings, deliver quality reviews, issue final packages Make architectural model comparisons, highlighting differences Liaison with regional BIM teams, and co-ordinate with project managers and engineers to meet required deliverables Mentoring juniors, helping improve the skills of BIM team members Responsible for technical accuracy, correctness and timely delivery Resource planning The ideal candidate digits and skills Diploma in civil engineering or ITI Trained Professional Minimum 4-6 years experience, ideally on major India, UK and Middle East projects Strong knowledge of Revit essential, including Revit Family Creation and Revit Production Robust knowledge of the structural design of buildings, and experience in multidisciplinary co-ordination Experience in the preparation of GA drawings, and project delivery from concept to IFC stage for large projects Knowledge of 3D modelling for concrete and steel structures Working capabilities with software such as Microsoft applications
