🔧 Experience- 12+ years in structural engineering design

📍 Location-Mumbai, India

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Work as per directives laid by team leads and senior management

• Supervise project delivery teams; review drawings, reports, and technical presentations

• Assist senior staff in planning team-wide technical development

• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders; attend project meetings

• Prepare design criteria and detailed design specifications

• Oversee and troubleshoot structural designs

• Coordinate with project managers and design teams for on-time, on-budget delivery

• Conduct onsite inspections, ensure compliance, and recommend remedial actions

• Identify and follow up on new project opportunities

• Mentor junior team members and support their technical growth

🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution

• ME/MTech in Structural Engineering (preferred)

• 12+ years of structural engineering design experience

• Strong understanding of structural design principles and analysis

• Proficiency in design/analysis software: ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, STAAD, etc.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT and international CAD standards

• Familiarity with international design codes (IS, ACI, Eurocode) is an advantage

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate effectively, and empower others

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
