Senior Civil Structural Engineer

As a Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer working in Mangalore with 7+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, your role will involve handling basic and detailed engineering projects related to various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power, Infrastructure, and Industrial. Key Responsibilities: - Analysis & design of major steel structures including Pipe racks, Technological Structures, Shelters, Operation and utility platforms, Pipe bridges, Pipe stanchions, and supports - Analysis and design of modular structures for various analysis types such as in place, lifting, load-out, land transportation, and sea transportation - Analysis and design of Truss Structures and EOT crane girder beam - Analysis and design of concrete (RCC) structures such as process and utility buildings including blast-resistant type - Design of all kinds of structural foundations (such as isolated, combined, pile) and equipment (static and dynamic) foundations including table-top for compressors and turbines - Design of surface and sub-surface plant drainage such as storm water drainage and underground oily contaminated drainage including manholes, sumps, and tanks - Analysis and design of culverts and road crossings - Design and detailing of connections in both Steel & RCC structures - Mentoring the designers and checking the steel and concrete detailed drawings - Preparation of design calculation reports, MTO, and Work Volume - Coordination with other disciplines and reviewing the inputs received from them (such as piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) - Reviewing the 3D model to identify the scope and clash checks - Coordination with the client - Proficient in Pipe Rack Design - Experienced in Technological Structure Design - Skilled in Foundations Design using MAT-3D - Expertise in Equipment Foundations Design using Foundation 3D Software - Competence in Vertical & Horizontal Equipment Foundations Design - Knowledge of Cross Overs & PSV Platform Design - Ability to design Shed Structures (Mono-Roof, Gable Roof) Software Proficiency: - STAAD Pro - Mat 3D & Foundation 3D - Idea Statica - RAM Connection - Staad Foundation - RCDC Qualification Required: - B. Tech/ M.
