Senior Civil Site Engineer

As a Senior Civil Site Engineer in a township project, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction on-site. This includes tasks such as planning, design, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Your role will involve leading and coordinating teams, addressing technical issues, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of the project. In terms of planning and design, your responsibilities will include assessing project requirements and site feasibility, developing detailed designs, and preparing engineering designs to meet project specifications, regulations, and standards. You will be involved in creating architectural drawings and schematics for various infrastructure components. When it comes to construction management, you will be required to oversee construction activities by supervising and coordinating the work of contractors and subcontractors. Managing budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control measures are implemented, and addressing technical issues that may arise during construction are also key aspects of this role. Team management is another critical component of your responsibilities. You will lead and support engineering teams by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, consultants, and other parties to ensure project goals are met. Compliance and safety are paramount in this role. You will need to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while prioritizing safety by implementing safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Other responsibilities include preparing reports to document project progress, managing project risks by identifying and mitigating potential issues, and maintaining accurate site records of project activities, materials, and costs. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
