Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer located in Isagarh. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and client requirements. Key responsibilities include project planning, conducting site inspections, supervising construction activities, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members. The role involves preparing project reports, analyzing complex designs, and ensuring environmental and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Civil Engineering principles, including structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and material science
• Strong project management, construction supervision, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of design and drafting software like AutoCAD, SAP2000, and STAAD Pro
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Professional licensure (e.g., PE or equivalent) is preferred
