Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Process Engineer, based in Coimbatore. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, implementing process improvements, creating technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing ongoing troubleshooting and support for manufacturing operations. The role demands a commitment to quality standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with process design, optimization, and automation, including familiarity with statistical process control and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Expertise in equipment maintenance, operation monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Strong skills in data analysis, process validation, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools and software used in manufacturing engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing domain, preferably in the industries served by NovintiX, is highly advantageous.
