Were looking for an experienced Senior Channel Sales Operations Analyst to join our Channel Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, youll be responsible for:


  • Driving operational and system improvements to increase efficiency, capacity and data integrity

  • Streamlining channel operations through automation, best practices and clear process documentation

  • Collaborating across sales, marketing, finance and product teams to enable smooth channel programs and partner onboarding

  • Supporting field teams and customers with marketplace deal structuring, while overseeing daily operations and resolving issues

  • Developing reports, KPIs and dashboards to analyze channel performance and providing insights that drive revenue growth

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)


  • 7+ years in channel/sales operations with strong program management experience and a proven record of driving successful channel strategies

  • Expertise in process improvement and project management

  • Deep understanding of channel sales models

  • Skilled at managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)


  • Good at organizing data, obtaining insights and timeline adherence

  • Proficient in Salesforce, G Suite, Tableau, Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools
