Job Description

Job Title: Regional Fundraising and Program Manager (Entry Level)

1 candidate in either Telangana
1 candidate in Bengal/Assam
1 candidate in Gujarat

About the Role

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve a 50 lakh target across assigned region
Create and submit 100 tailored proposals for donors, CSR partners, and government/community projects, ensuring inclusion of both urban and rural initiatives
Lead outreach and engagement with donors, local businesses, institutions, and volunteers
Coordinate program design, field operations, and documentation of impact
Report fundraising progress, manage donor communications, and maintain data records
Advocate for NGO projects via social media, digital, and on-ground campaigns
Support team logistics and contribute to cross-functional field visits and campaigns

Who Should Apply

MBA, Social Science, or Basic graduates (freshers encouraged) from small towns or relevant backgrounds
Willing to travel within the target state/region for field assignments
Strong interpersonal, networking, and written communication skills
Digital literacy for social media and MS Office tools
Flexible, proactive, and open to ground outreach work
