Senior Category Manager - Fashion

As a Sr. Manager / Manager in the Menswear / Womenswear category for a homegrown youth-focused casualwear label located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving category growth and redefining youth fashion. **Role Overview:** You will own the P&L and strategy for the Menswear or Womenswear category, driving trend forecasting, defining product focus, creating effective product range plans, and optimizing product mix & availability across retail and online platforms. Additionally, you will develop pricing & margin strategies, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience, and drive data-led decision making processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the P&L and strategy for the Menswear or Womenswear category - Drive trend forecasting using market insights and competitor analysis - Define product focus aligning with style, quality, and pricing standards - Create effective product range plans and manage vendor relationships - Optimize product mix & availability across both retail and online platforms - Develop and execute pricing & margin strategies with internal teams - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and category performance - Drive data-led decision making and introduce best-in-class processes for scale **Qualifications Required:** - 4-10 years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising (Apparel/Retail) - Experience in online/offline retail - Bachelors/Masters in Fashion Management, Technology, or an MBA - Strong analytical skills & a sharp fashion/business sense If you are passionate about fashion, data, and driving category growth, and ready to make a bold impact in the Indian fashion retail space, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity by DM or emailing your application to dhara.chawda@antal.com.,
