Are you passionate about fashion, data, and driving category growth Join our dynamic team as we scale our menswear/womenswear category and redefine youth fashion! You will be responsible for owning the P&L and strategy for the Menswear or Womenswear category. This includes driving trend forecasting using market insights and competitor analysis. It will be your task to define product focus aligning with style, quality, and pricing standards. Additionally, creating effective product range plans, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing product mix & availability across both retail and online platforms will fall under your purview. You will also be expected to develop and execute pricing & margin strategies with internal teams, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and category performance. Furthermore, you will play a key role in driving data-led decision making and introducing best-in-class processes for scale. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-10 years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising within the Apparel/Retail industry. Experience in both online and offline retail environments is essential. A Bachelors/Masters in Fashion Management, Technology, or an MBA will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills & a sharp fashion/business sense are qualities that we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
