Join our dynamic team as we scale our menswear/womenswear category and redefine youth fashion! 🔍 What You’ll Do: Own the P&L and strategy for the Menswear or Womenswear category Drive trend forecasting using market insights and competitor analysis Define product focus aligning with style, quality, and pricing standards Create effective product range plans and manage vendor relationships Optimize product mix & availability across both retail and online platforms Develop and execute pricing & margin strategies with internal teams Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and category performance Drive data-led decision making and introduce best-in-class processes for scale 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 4–10 years in category management, buying, or merchandising (Apparel/Retail) Experience in online/offline retail Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fashion Management, Technology, or an MBA Strong analytical skills & a sharp fashion/business sense 💬 If you're ready to make a bold impact in the Indian fashion retail space, we’d love to hear from you! 📩 DM or apply at [dhara.chawda@antal.com].
