Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Career Advisor for a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad. The Senior Career Advisor will play a pivotal role in providing personalized career counseling and strategic guidance to clients. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, evaluating individual goals and strengths, and offering practical advice on career pathways. This role also involves developing career management strategies to help clients successfully navigate their professional journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in
  Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Hands-on experience with Student Counseling
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment (Ahmedabad)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Prior experience guiding students and professionals toward successful career outcomes is highly desirable
