Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Career Advisor. The Senior Career Advisor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to clients, helping them navigate career development and management. Daily tasks include conducting student counseling sessions, assessing individual career aspirations, providing actionable advice on career choices, and offering career management strategies.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Experience in Student Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• Ability to work well on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in guiding students and professionals towards successful career paths is a plus
