Senior Captain

We’re looking for a Senior Captain to join an upcoming bar that takes its craft seriously while offering an atmosphere built around comfort, calm, and thoughtful hospitality. This is a leadership role for someone who values creating experiences that are guest-centred.

Your Role on the Floor

• Lead front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service, proper flow, and high standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, delivering attentive, genuine, and personalised experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior captains and servers, sharing techniques, service skills, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the management and bar/kitchen teams to maintain consistency, timing, and overall guest experience.

What You Bring

• 4–5 years of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality, with prior experience as a captain or senior server.
• Strong understanding of service standards, guest engagement, and floor operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team while maintaining calm under pressure.
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and precision, balanced with warmth and approachability.
