Senior Captain

We are seeking an experienced Senior F&B Captain who has worked in star-category hotels and has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Captain role.

• Supervising service staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing daily food and beverage operations.
• Leading the team, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest complaints, training new staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Supervise and lead the service team to ensure high standards of service.
• Train and orient new team members.
• Organize duty rosters and ensure equitable work distribution.
• Ensure staff adhere to hygiene and discipline standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist guests, answer questions about the menu, and offer recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and special needs professionally.
• Ensure correct table settings and overall ambiance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Manage daily operations, including overseeing inventory and supplies.
• Ensure all food and beverage policies and procedures are followed.
• Perform closing duties and process payments.
• Uphold and implement health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Check that equipment and furniture are in good working order.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
