Senior Captain

Main Duties:

- To assist the Outlet Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant and replace him in his absence.

- To ensure that all Staff report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.

- To assist in the building of an efficient team of Staff by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.

- To ensure that all Staff provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

- To assist in the training of the Staff ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.

- To supervise the Staff within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the department’s Operations Manual.

- To ensure that all Staff have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel’s Employee Rules and Regulations.

- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- To respond to changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry company or Hotel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
