Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bokakhat for a Senior Captain. The Senior Captain will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent guest service, supervising the staff, overseeing dining services, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The role also includes coordinating with other departments, training staff, and handling guest complaints and special requests to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for all guests. Qualifications Exceptional leadership and staff management skills Experience in hospitality and guest service management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in coordinating with multiple departments Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Experience in a similar role within a premium resort or hotel is a plus Commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences
