Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead Campaign Planning: Take briefs and direction from Marketing Managers to execute marketing campaigns for diverse projects.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution phase of campaigns and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Project Management: Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Create Campaign Assets: Create content, graphics, and other assets for campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a larger team on marketing-focused areas of projects.
  • Meet Deadlines: Ensure projects are completed on time and meet schedules.
  • Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with production and leads regarding schedules and deadlines.
  • Workload Management: Take responsibility for your own workload, time management, and feedback actions required by supervisors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and work to client brand guidelines.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior campaign specialists and provide guidance to improve their skills.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or related field with a concentration in data or analytics.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM.
